Here is a list of some of our frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer you are looking for then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Q: How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
A: The dimensions for our castles vary but you can find this on each product item, however please allow an additional 1.5m at the front and rear of the Bouncy Castle and least 0.5m on either side.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
A: If you decide to cancel due to bad weather then please let us know as soon as possible, preferably before 8am. You will not be charged for making this decision. It may also be necessary for us to cancel your booking if there is extreme weather, but we will always supply a castle wherever possible.

Q: What if I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my booking?
A: That is no problem at all, however please contact us before 8am on the day of your hire.

Q: Can I have a Bouncy Castle inside?
A: Yes. Castles can go indoors but please make sure we are aware of this so that we can make sure to bring the correct equipment for your Bouncy Castle. The height of the ceiling must be higher than the height of the castle, all dimensions of our castles can be found on each product page.

Q: When should I place my booking?
A: To avoid disappointment, we recommend as soon as possible as they get booked out quickly especially during the summer months so please let us know as soon as you have a date in mind. However even if you are needing a Bouncy Castle with little notice, please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: What days are your Bouncy Castles available?
A: Our castles are available 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, all year round, including public holidays.

Q: How do I book a Bouncy Castle?
A: You can place a booking by contacting us by email, phone or social media. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking

Q: How do I pay?
A: Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email where you can make a bank transfer. Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of your booking date. Cash is accepted on arrival of delivery but must be the exact amount as we do not carry change with us.

Q: What do I need to do before the Bouncy Castle arrives?
A: Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, furniture and slides are cleared and that any rubbish is removed from the area where the bouncy castle is to be sited.

Q: What happens if it rains during my hire?
A: If it starts raining, please immediately stop using the Bouncy Castle as they become slippery when wet and dangerous to use. Our castles can be dried using a towel to wipe over them if the rain stops and you wish to continue using your Bouncy Castle.     

Q: Do I need to provide anything?
A: No, we bring everything with us.

Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: Each castle varies but to set up will take approximately 30 mins.

Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the Bouncy Castle?
A: We are very flexible and will work in with you.

Q: Can I have a Bouncy Castle set up on concrete?
A: Yes you can, as long as you give us adequate notice to prepare.
